HERITAGE

A recipe handed down through generations

Gabriel Adjishvili’s family has fermented whole French wheat mash for generations and distils the resulting vodka five times using its own closely guarded process.

After some twenty years in the industry and several brands created, he decided to give this recipe a bottle of its own.

THE GRAIN AND THE WATER

One region, two ingredients

Cognac is known for its growing conditions and the quality of its spring water. The same conditions serve cognac and wine.

Fields in the Cognac region, France

Five distillations

A family process, closely guarded.

French wheat

Whole wheat grown in the Cognac region.

Spring water

Natural spring water from the same region.

Gluten free

Velvety pleasure, without compromise.

THE BOTTLE

Three years for a single shape

Each bottle is made by hand from crystal glass, its tint deepening into rich blue towards the base. Developing the shape took three years. Its tall, slender form is why the bottle is kept long after it is empty.
